Another New Week

Yupz, its another wk!

Welcome to the 2nd wk of Oct folks!
Wierd weather we r having today.
First it was waaaaaaay overcast, now bright and sunny!

Had a last min meeting called by Rev Choi yest.
Called away from my youths......once more. aiyz.

Aniwae, i thnk God is good in bringing up Gab and Eliza
to assist and take charge of the crablets (yupz, tats u youths if reading).
And I thank God tat i have the opportunity to study and share
1Cor 12 wif em on Saturday.

Yupz, we have had a short jamming session time on sat.
Though not really jamming alot.
Talk abt sat, miscommunicated wif Eliza and Gab, and
they ended up coming to church almost 2 hrs waiting for me......
geeeez......

Okie, back to Rev Choi.
My, really thank God for Rev Choi's insight, he's realli super sharp
in seeing the fluctuation in the membership and arrested the bleeding.

His sharing? We need to followup on our new friends, existing members.
New frds? Well, talking abt tat, i posted a question:
"Who should our target gp be?"
His reply:
"The non christians are a must sure......As for the churched,
look out for (nomads - my paraphrase), ppl who are church hopping."

Hmz, alot came to my mind on tat. Nvm, share abt tat another time.

But wat realli hit home was this organisational contact thingy he suggested.
Where 1 keep tab on 2, the 2, taking another 2 ea.
And Pastor also shared that they must be (MUST BE) burdened enuf.

On burden, Auntie Sharon also shared tat from her own LG (Lifegp) experience.
She was sharing on Auntie Diana, Faye's mom, for those who dun noe.....
a new comer, on how it started wif Burden, then Prayer for her, and then
beginning to see how God leads, and ultimately to the present situation,
where even not able to come, will make it a point to call and keep in touch.

She also shared:
1) it is not always on the spiritual aspect we should be be concerned abt.
2) Meeting the needs at their lvl is very impt too.
3) Personal communication.

It also reminds me personally of the fact that i should be ,.,....erm lost thought. wait.......

Okie, thought berry long, still cant remember............dotz. getting memory lapse very often now.

Oh yar, remember liaoz, reminded me of Jesus.
He did after all heal a person before preaching; meeting the needs of the ppl before
sharing abt eternal life. Carrying and inviting the ppl (children example) to come, and then
share abt the principle.

aint tat interesting eh?

After meeting wif Pastor, i quickly rounded up my sheeps to pray for em,
and gotten Constance, Vengal, Gabby and Eliza to share the very burden on
my heart, the youths we have. Asked em to share abt their very 3 most burdened-for
youths names, writing em down b4 sharing. Well, will not share who wrote wat,
but i thnk their concerns are the very 'my concern' too......And i am glad.

Why? Coz God is affirming His work amongst us.
And for a sudden moment whilst they are sharing, i saw a glimmer of "interested
in ppl's souls", tat kind of look. For a moment, i thnk they are 200% genuinely
true abt who they wrote. I am praying that they will continue to follow up on
what i shared wif em, praying and seeking the Lord 'emselves.

Now back to the rest of all my youths, thnk i will continue to expect great things
from God from here. For i truely believe that this generation of youths in
my care are bound to soar on wings like eagle. i just have to wait and
continue the principle of 1 cor 3:4-6

Water.............water..........more watering.........
Seeding.............more seeding...................
Wait for God to make em all grow, knowing watever the case,
my reward is already safe in God's hands.
