End of the Week!

Yupz, it is the end of the week again!

Looking forward really very much to it!
I have a series of bad health conditions man......
Need to get all the bedding-in i can get.

My fingers need to rest, and today, one more bad ailment appears.
My right sole is hurting madly. so mad i am limping the whole day.
So ppl, please pray that i can walk properly, or else i would be really
very very very..........L.A.M.E...............

Okie, met up Kar Keat yesterday and did a bit of catching up.
Was very encouraged by his growth........when will it be the rest of
my youths' turn? He shared how God has also led him to well, look
at the youths and see the need for application of the Word in their lives.

Well, before he showed me the verse God revealed to him, i shared about
God is directly my youths and i to the Ephesians (the book, not the ppl.....okok i am getting lame....)
and WHALA! The same verse, Eph 6:10-18.

Hmmm....its really exciting and i would love to see where God will be leading us
over the next 7 weeks as we look at Ephesians.

Meanwhile, a little track back for my week.

Wednesday, 27/10/2004

Went to a colleague's place to work on his computer, fix some things up, etc.

He moved house recently, well, move to the next block, (literally, juz beside his old block).
But from 3rd to 11th storey. Nice view, nice wind, nice everything, most of all, no more that
meddlesome neighbour of his.

Back to the house, met his daughter, son and wife. My, the daughter, Emileen have grown.
Aniwae, did a couple of her maths (pri 1) wif her and helped her finish a mock paper.
(Well, she was having chicken pox actually......poor gal, yet so super hyper duper active......still.....)
And i realised, wat a mad education system we have.

I have the revelation that ppl fail maths = not maths poor. But english poor.........zzzzzzz

Aniwae, i was glad to be of help to the family. Went home and reached home from
his place in AMK abt 11plus plus pm.

Went to "Ai4 Qinq2 Hai3" wif a bunch of colleagues. Tat was before meeting Kar keat.
Well, juz went there have a drink, and its supposed to be a Ming2 Ge1 Chan1 Ting1
(place where local singers artists come and sing ur dedicated songs.......very nice
place which u all should try some time.......though all secular songs).

Left even before the 1st shift (7.30-9pm) ends, let alone 2nd shift (9-10.30pm).
Well, din regret it.......guess as i begin to be closer to the Lord, all these things
and songs does appeal less to me. Was more concerned abt my meetup wif Kar Keat.

Had a wonderful time wif Kar Keat........and poor this teacher lar, he almost dozed
off due to his approaching zzzzzing hr.......prayed and left abt 10.30pm.

Rainy day, all day....all around. Had breakfast wif my regular colleague.
Very nice uncle actually, Uncle Johnny i call him. Haha, had my favorite porridge
at my house downstairs coffeeshop........Pork Porridge.....yumm....

Had a short time of fellowship wif him too.
Well, its nice to simply spend time wif ppl and need not talk too much.
Aiyz, i must find a peer lvl frd who is like tat oso.............

Was reminded sudenli that i need to prepare to share abt the church camp pgm.....
Well, will talk to all my youths this sunday abt this.........
I am sure, that all the youths, wif a frd each prayerfully, will turn this camp
into a superduperlandixiously (ok, my own term) camp!!

Wisdom...........wisdom............i need alot.....
gtg liaoz. Its still raining, and home i come......no dinner.......*sigh*.

And oh, i am still praying for this youth of mine who needs help........
And Angeline, Eliza, haha, cant wait to start our fellowship soon.
